What you should know During Pregnancy
At the beginning of pregnancy tries to get adequate sleep whenever you can. Abundance of sleep would help you stay out of the sleep debt that can cause your symptoms to worsen.
When you are pregnant just try to drink much water during day time. It would help you avoid bathroom nigh mare at night. Bathroom visits during pregnancy is not safe all time.
While sleeping try to use your left side as much as you can. In addition you can have pillows to make your sleep more comfortable.
Discipline in bed time is also very important. You should go to bed at the same time every night. This puts your body on a schedule.
When you are pregnant you should avoid spicy food to get rid of heart burn. You might also avoid fatty or fried foods. Eat every two hour whatever you like. Small frequent meal is good for health.
Nightmares are a very common syndrome to pregnant woman. So eat a heavy meal before going to bed and share your fear with your partner.
Using an extra body pillow would help you a lot to get better sleep.
In case of sleeping problem don’t hang on the bed unnecessarily rather try to do something else like, reading light story books, listen to music and strolling. Strolling might help you to get back sleep.
